Terms of Service

Important legal terms for using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Notary Public Serve ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide notary public and commissioner of oath services in Ontario, Canada. Our notaries are registered with Official Documents Services Canada.

3. Fees and Payments

Our fees are transparently listed on our website and are subject to change.

  • First Notarization: $40
  • Each additional Notarization: $20
  • Mobile Notary Services: $70 - $150 (depending on travel distance).

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Identification Requirements

You are required to provide valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., Passport, Driver's License) for all notarization services. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification is not provided.

5. Disclaimer

While our notaries are licensed lawyers, the act of notarization does not constitute legal advice. We are not responsible for the contents or legal effects of the documents being notarized.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
